When will my order ship?

Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific release date listed on the product page; these items ship once they arrive at our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for vinyl and merchandise?

We accept returns on unworn apparel and unopened media within 30 days of purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or warped, please contact our support team with photos for a replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

Once an order is placed, it moves quickly to our fulfillment center. Please email us immediately at support@dualtone.com, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before the package is processed.

My tracking number hasn't updated, what should I do?

It can take 24-48 hours for carriers to scan packages into their system. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, please reach out so we can investigate with the courier.

Are Dualtone store exclusives limited edition?

Most of our store-exclusive color variants are limited pressings. Once they are marked as 'Sold Out,' they are typically not repressed in that specific colorway.
